The three-week CAD and 3D Printing internship enables participants to create dimensioned technical drawings and 3D part models, prepare print-ready files, assemble mechanical printer components, and configure and operate 3D printers. Participants optimise printing parameters, produce and finish physical components, and perform quality checks while developing an understanding of printer electronics, wiring, and motor control and applying safe working practices.
Course Duration: 3 Weeks
Projekt Korrekt e.V. – host organisation for Erasmus KA1 projects
As a host organisation, Projekt Korrekt e.V. welcomes participants from all European countries. In the last 25 years we have gained experience from more than 1500 projects in different professional fields.
We develop model projects in the framework of Erasmus and ESF, also in cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises in the region of Leipzig and Halle.
We support the mobility of participants in the European Community and the communication between people from all over Europe.
Our project proposal for your stay in Germany:
Title: AutoCAD/3D printing
Duration: 3 weeks
Learning outcomes common to all professions:

- How to use the operating system
- Basic setting of system parameters
- The basics of drawing in an AutoCAD programme
- How to draw complex 2D objects
General tasks
- Use CAD systems to dimension and design specified or self-generated plans and drawings to meet production requirements.
- Develop detailed designs (from a functional and material point of view)
- Finding selected or specified solutions in the form of detail drawings
- Carry out design calculations
- Dimensioning and marking design drawings (entering technical data, e.g. dimensional tolerances, surface finishes, equipment markings)
- Construct a 2D model
- Configure and explore 3D workspace
Placement:Workshops at Gut Wehlitz / Projekt Korrekt e.V.
All the modules above and below are examples. It’s possible that we will have to modify or adapt them according to the skills of the participants or the capacities of the host company. The tasks and activities vary and depend on the practical and linguistic skills of the beneficiaries and on the needs and business volume of the companies.
