Model making energy-efficient house
The Robotics internship enables participants to design and fabricate robotic arm components using 3D printing and CNC milling, assemble and wire mechanical and electronic systems, and program movements using PLC and Arduino controllers. Participants integrate sensors and custom tools, troubleshoot hardware and software, refine movement precision, and demonstrate the completed robotic arm while applying safe working practices.
Course Duration: 3 Weeks
Projekt Korrekt e.V. – host organisation for Erasmus KA1 projects
As a host organisation, Projekt Korrekt e.V. welcomes participants from all European countries. In the last 25 years we have gained experience from more than 1500 projects in different professional fields.
We develop model projects in the framework of Erasmus and ESF, also in cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises in the region of Leipzig and Halle.
We support the mobility of participants in the European Community and the communication between people from all over Europe.
Our project proposal for your stay in Germany:
Title: Robotics
Duration: 3 weeks
Learning outcomes common to all professions:
- Health and safety at work – complies with health and safety regulations
- Vocational foreign language – improved ability to use a foreign language (English/German) to perform tasks and to formulate short and understandable statements to communicate in the workplace.
- Personal and social skills – has a culturally and ethically sound approach, has increased creativity and consistency in their actions, copes with stress and works in a team.
- Organising work in small teams – increased ability to communicate with colleagues, organise work in a team.
Learning outcomes:
The student learns/knows
- Organise electro-robotic work
- Prepare electronic components and systems for assembly
- Carry out work in the field of mechanical assembly of electro-robotic elements and devices
- Measure installation parameters of electronic equipment according to technical documentation
- Locate faults and damage in the installation of electro-robotic equipment
- Program electronic devices
- Support computer programs for testing electronic systems and devices
- Apply the principles of drawing up documentation of the work carried out
- Draw conclusions from technical documentation, catalogues and manuals
General tasks
- Model, calibrate and use a 3D printer.
- Read and produce designs, layouts and production documents, e.g. circuit boards, installation and wiring diagrams, individual drawings of components or assemblies.
- Select and adapt mechanical, electrical and electronic components and assemble them into devices and systems.
- Assemble and configure hardware, components, sensors and actuators.
- Install, configure and adapt software.
- Test components, equipment and systems.
- Programming a controller to give commands to the robotic device.
