The Administration/ Paperless Office Internship builds skills in documenting and optimising office processes, managing data and documents, and creating automated, professional business materials. It also covers business communication in English, database creation, cost calculation, networked office solutions, and professional online presence.

Projekt Korrekt e.V. – host organisation for Erasmus KA1 projects

As a host organisation, Projekt Korrekt e.V. welcomes participants from all European countries. In the last 25 years we have gained experience from more than 1500 projects in different professional fields.

We develop model projects in the framework of Erasmus and ESF, also in cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises in the region of Leipzig and Halle.

The students will be able to

  • Document, analyse, and reorganise office processes to increase efficiency and transparency.
  • Record, prepare, and design data and text in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
  • Handle business correspondence appropriately and create standardised business documents.
  • Evaluate, analyse, and present English texts, with particular attention to effective communication with international business partners.
  • Understand key aspects of staff management, including communication, coordination, and responsibilities.
  • Identify important considerations for furnishing offices and meeting rooms, ensuring functionality and a professional working environment.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate projects, applying structured project management methods.
