Gastronomy

The Gastronomy internship enables participants to organise and document housekeeping tasks, maintain guest rooms and public areas, and assist with breakfast buffets, restaurant service, and event preparations. Participants develop guest care and teamwork skills, explore hotel marketing activities, and may support reception work depending on their language skills while applying hygiene and safety standards.
