Projekt Korrekt e.V. – host organisation for Erasmus KA1 projects

As a host organisation, Projekt Korrekt e.V. welcomes participants from all European countries. In the last 25 years we have gained experience from more than 1500 projects in different professional fields.

We develop model projects in the framework of Erasmus and ESF, also in cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises in the region of Leipzig and Halle.

We support the mobility of participants in the European Community and the communication between people from all over Europe.

Title:                 Cross-platform Software Development with Desktop AI Assistent

The student learns/knows

• basic principles of programming, including variables, functions, and data structures, and how they are used to build software applications.
• using the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language to develop software applications.
• to design and implement cross-platform applications that can run on both desktop computers and mobile devices.
• how software applications are structured and how different components such as user interfaces, data models, and application logic work together.
• to create user-friendly interfaces that allow users to easily interact with the application.
• how applications store, load, and manage data, and how information can be displayed and updated within a program.
• how client applications communicate with a server to send, receive, and synchronize data between different devices.
• integrate artificial intelligence features into an application to assist users or provide intelligent responses.
• creating a simple desktop AI assistant that can process user input and provide helpful information or suggestions.
• testing and debugging software to identify and resolve errors and improve program stability.
• to improve application performance and ensure the software works reliably across different platforms.
• documenting software development processes and presenting the final application and its functionality.

General tasks

• Set up the development environment and install the required software tools for Flutter and Dart development
• Design and implement a cross-platform client application that runs on both desktop and mobile devices
• Create user interface components such as forms, buttons, and lists to allow users to interact with the application
• Implement functionality for creating, storing, loading, and displaying data within the application.
• Develop and configure a server component to manage and synchronize data between devices
• Establish communication between the client application and the server to send and retrieve data
• Integrate AI-supported features into the application, such as intelligent responses, suggestions, or automated assistance
• Explore and prototype a simple desktop AI assistant that can process user input and provide helpful responses
• Test and debug the application to identify and resolve errors and improve stability and performance
